About
Classic yet modern. Figurative yet abstract. Delicate yet bold. Such contrapositions reverberate in the glass works of Takeshi and Youko Sano. The works of this exhibition are made from glass sheets created in an electric furnace, which are then assembled by blowing.
The technique allows for a high degree of freedom when creating patterns. From checkers and herringbone, to designs reminiscent of abstract paintings, these patterns are endlessly fascinating. Now at the height of spring, please visit us at Sophora, to appreciate these gorgeous works.
