Description
Founded in the third year of the Ansei period, (1856). A collaboration that is between Shimogamo Saryo, the AFK2020 Advisory Board, and young artists. They are determining what things are changing what things are staying the same, whilst simultaneously sending out to the world the unique beauty and culture of Kyoto through cooking and hospitality. A contemporary style of art that emits energy in a traditional and refined space.
