Do you know that grilled dish called “Kyoto Satsuma” has been ever made in Kyoto? According to the name, we descended from this Satsuma that was made in Kagoshima, and won popularity abroad, and were star of export product of the Meiji government in those days. Grilled dish which adopted style of Satsuma roast in Kobe including Tokyo and Yokohama, Osaka was made flourishingly, but, above all, Kyoto Satsuma baked by kiln of Kyoto, Article 3 Awata mouth was produced so as to exceed amount of production of this Satsuma at one time and attracted people with the delicate, elegant beauty.
