Description
We attract many people until today, and cultural value and artistry are appreciated, and ukiyoe print which was born as art of general public in the Edo era is introduced as art on behalf of Japan. It may be said that extremely familiar illustrator is Hiroshige Utagawa among many ukiyoe artists. When “fifty-three stages of the Tokaido” for Yasunaga temple are published in 1833 by (1833); Hiroshige at a bound as landscape artist will win fame. In Tokaido which linked historical Kyoto to Edo that was the center of politics and economy, as for the beautiful scenery, there was famous place a lot, and people who saw Yasunaga temple version “fifty-three stages of the Tokaido” at the time might experience trip while being.
