Detail
A photo exhibition “Japanese tools” took place. This exhibition is “KG +” participation planning is a satellite event of “KYOTOGRAPHIE” International Photography Festival.
Tools used in a time when Japanese people were not so prosperous, not so long ago.Our ancestors used various tools in the sea, the mountains, and snowy regions. They must have been used in unchanged shape for centuries. We come across the beauty of these refined tools used in everyday life. I took photographs and recorded them using a large-sized camera. These tools are going to fall into decay over time. People don’t even know how to use them anymore. They are kept at many folk craft museums, but they are not in such a good state.
